Add RPM spec #144

I just packaged this for RPM for internal use by tweaking the stock nginx specfile. Figured I'd pass on the changes if you're interested.

It seems like this might be a useful method for other users, but due to the diversity of environments it makes more sense to me to just doc it somewhere. Would the README be the appropriate spot, or would it be better to add a separate doc?

what do you think about put an example of specfile on wiki? As you said, there are a diversity of environments and we will not be able to keep this updated to be part of the README docs.
