Upgrade to op version 2 #37

AgileBits have upgraded to a new and improved (not backward compatible) version 2 of op and there are some potential benefits:

biometric signin
multiple platform support (Mac / Windows / Linux)
potential removal of need for bash profile - to be investigated in our tech design

However as previously mentioned this would not be backwards compatible and would need thorough testing on various platforms.

Sorry for those watching, we haven't had time or investment so far in extending this. I have however updated the client to handle the highest version of CLI1 that exists (and it works fine). Hopefully we can get around to this further upgrade soon but also feel free to try it out yourselves and create PRs!
