TFCE support? #45

Hello, I would like to ask whether you plan on adding TFCE support in RandomiseGroupLevel? It is specified in the documentation and command-line arguments, but says it is not yet implemented.

I implemented it but I never got it faster than randomise in FSL, so right now there is no benefit compared to FSL. I don't know if / when I will have time to optimize it.
