bluetooth keyboard support for iOS4 #122

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pair your iDevice with a bluetooth keyboard.
2. Fire up Frotz and begin playing a game.

What is the expected output or behavior?  What do you see instead?
To be able to see any typed output immediately instead of after hitting return 
several times.

What version of Frotz are you using?
1.4.1

What version of iPhone/iPod Touch OS? (2.2.1, 3.0, 3.1.2, etc.)
4.0.2

What device model are you using (iPod Touch 2nd gen, iPhone 3G, etc.)
3rd gen iPod Touch.

Please provide any additional information below.

Bluetooth keyboard support has been fixed and tested in Frotz 1.5.
