Can't exit transcript viewer in landscape mode on iPhone #132

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

View a transcript on an iPhone/IPT while in Landscape mode.
The nav bar does not display on screen so you cannot press 'Done' to dismiss
the dialog.

This is not an issue on iPad.

This causes my Frotz to no longer start.

A couple people reported issues like this in reviews, but no one has filed an
actual bug report. A couple people actually reported something similar with
1.5, so I suspect it might be a problem with upgrading to any new version and
not an issue in 1.5.1 in particular.
But It doesn't happen for most people, it doesn't happen for me, and it didn't
happen to the Apple reviewers, so I will need help figuring out what's going on.
Might it be possible for you to email me a crash log? I will give you more
detailed instructions if you are willing.

Actually, can you please check in Preferences General -> About and tell me how
much free storage space you have, and if it is very low (like only a few MB).
That could be one cause of a crash on launch after an upgrade.

Mine is crashing every time I select a story since the 1.5.1 update as well. I
checked the available storage and I have 5.4 GB free. I'm on an iPod touch,
software version 4.2.1. I have also completely deleted Frotz from my iPod and
re-downloaded it, but the same thing happens.
