What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. check out the source while not logged in (via terminal)
2. open the project in Xcode (4)
3. attempt a build (fails, because no ftp_commands.plist is in the resources
folder)

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
cant compile

What version of Frotz are you using?
r250 (trunk)

What device model are you using (iPhone 3GS, iPad, iPod Touch 3rd gen,
etc.)
Xcode4

What version of iOS? 3.2, 4.0, 4.3, etc.)
4.3

Please provide any additional information below.
I wanted to check out how this worked, (am an indie dev :) ) but i couldn't get
it to work. Either im missing something glaringly obvious, or the file really
isn't there.

I apparently forgot to check this new file in to svn. I am away from my
computer where the source is today so I won't be able to fix it until this
evening, but you should be able to create an empty plist file with that name
and get it to build and everything but FTP should work.

Great, ty, had it solved like that, but would like your complete project for
reference. Looking forward to it.

Hurray, an issue I don't have to wait for an App Store approval to fix.
The file has been checked in.
