Crash on 'What's New' on iPod Touch when not connected to wifi

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disconnect from wifi on iPod Touch
2. Go to 'Settings' then 'What's New'
3. Wait 1 second
4. App crashes to home screen.

What is the expected output or behavior?  What do you see instead?
'What's New' information should remain onscreen without crash.

What version of Frotz are you using?
1.5.3

What device model are you using (iPhone 3GS, iPad, iPod Touch 3rd gen,
etc.)
iPod Touch 4th generation (model MC544ZP)

What version of iOS?  3.2, 4.0, 4.3, etc.)
5.1 (9B176)

Crash reports included.

Reproduced.

Frotz tries to update this page from a web service and it looks like it's not 
handling the error well.
This had been tested in a previous OS version, so it is probably an 
incompatibility introduced in IOS 5.
