Glulx games: toggle "Borders ON/OFF" #212

Many Glulx games with graphic windows make use of them all the time, so all you
see is two windows - one with text, one with graphisc. But some games (this
came up in "El Dia del Umami", but it's happened in others, like the Glulx port
of "Dracula: The First Night") just use the graphic windows to set up a margin.
Maybe they put in graphics later, maybe they don't.

Now, iFrotz still displays the borders between the created image windows and
the text window. Which can result, in the games I've just mentioned, in an odd
visual presentation. If the borders could be made unvisible, as it already
possible in desktop Glulx interpreters, this issue would be greatly alleviated.

I'm just turning off borders by default, and adding support for the
game-controlled hint to turn them back on (which is fairly new in the spec so
probably few if any games use).

I think borders are seldom actually useful anyway.

Fixed in release 1.7, now available (as soon as App Store servers update).
