QuickGold doesn't find contacts with special characters (e.g. René, Müller)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Contact with special characters (e.g. René, Müller)
2. Type in "Muller" (with an "u" not "ü")

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
QuickGold should find Müller, like the build in iPhone contact application.
Instead QuickGold doesn't find the contact.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
QuickGold 1.1.1 on iPhone 3G 2.1
