Make searchable items configurable #25

As QuickGold learns to access more and more content, it would really be 
helpful if one could enable/disable indexing certain things. 

This could be broken down to
- Contacts
- Phone numbers
- Email adresses
- Applications
- Bookmarks
- Browser history
- Calendar items
- Notes
...

Great idea, i love it. Possible implementation:
You could have a filter button next to the search bar. If it's active QuickGold
searches only for e.g. contacts and phone numbers (as defined in the search
settings). If not active QuickGold searches for everything. That way you could 
switch
very fast and with only one extra tap between your everyday search and the 
occasional
full search.
