Phone keybord not transparent when changed to from e.g. Default. #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Keyboard to Phone and hide QG
2. Bring QG up - Phone KB should be transparent
3. Change KB to Default and then back to Phone - keyboard is opaque

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If Transparent keys feature is ON, Phone keyboard is opaque when changed to
from another keyboard view. It is transparent, when QG is brought up with
the keyboard set to Phone prior to being hidden.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using QG 1.3.1 on iPhone OS 2.1 (1st Gen)
