Abigail wants around 10,000 lines of live data in a format similar to the one this program will provide detectors, as a CSV.

• [x] First, just give her the link to the Latency TS I dataset.
• [x] We should fix up the toString functions on Measurements, since they were messed up a bit when the extra optional fields were added.
• [x] We could consider making a csv output format for Measurements, which might require a little tweaking (but could well be supported natively by Flink!)

I got a bit lazy and just made a runner that manually rearranges an ICMP to a tuple with reasonable fields, then stringifies it from there, which I'll run for a while to gather enough data. It would be nice to make a general solution for this, so the entries in the OP are still relevant.
