Some detectors, such as mode, might work better or worse with different types of measurements. Since we only really have a labelled dataset from Latency TS I (which is all ICMP), some more variety could help.

This doesn't really need to be an umbrella issue, plus there is work being done on ESnet data and improvements to CSV handling.
