Traceroute is now in InfluxDB #56

Amp2 support has been added. Things that use traceroute measurements, like the still-in-progress topological grouping, will need some rejigging since amp2 traceroutes have a new structure.

This all seems to be working. Just some finishing touches that I'll do outside of this issue.
