Tools link in sidebar

Create a tools link on the sidebar:

• Potato Chart
• UofM import Tool
• Meat Count
• Purchasing report
• Lobster price sheet
• Stone Crab Price sheet
• Menu Engineering (if not part of dashboard)

UofM import should be in the admin page. We don't want everyone to update UofM.

Can also add Recipes and Ingredients downloads for menu engineering reports
