add a parameter multi(bool) to specify allow multi file selection or not win: implemented, mac.linux: new parameter will be ignored(use multi)

Please help with mac and linux, I dont have env to build :(

I've added a backwards compatibility code so last binaries can still be used; We still need to implement this for linux and mac.
