AVPlayer::playbackRate - media rewind #1424

Hi @wang-bin, I saw the TODO mark over AVPlayer::playbackRate, is there any schedule for this feature? Media rewind will be possible by using this method?

no plan. I'm not maintaining qtav. use this https://github.com/wang-bin/mdk-sdk instead
