Editing an client's to be blank

Description

The way to remove a client`s remark is by edit rn/ NA. This could pose an issue for users that wishes to add NA as a remark to a client.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisite: Have at least 1 user in the app.

1. [Step 1: edit 1 rn/NA]

Expected Behavior

A user who choses to add the NA tag will have added the tag.

Actual Behavior

The tag is edited to an empty tag.

Suggested Improvement

One improvement could to be to allow the user to add a tag with the characters NA, and to remove a tag, create a new feature to do so.

Thank you for your bug report. After careful consideration, we believe this issue is not valid due to the following reasons:

• Alternative Inputs Available: If a user genuinely wishes to include a similar phrase, they can enter alternatives such as "N.A." or "Not Applicable," which will be treated as valid remarks.
• Uncommon Use Case: The use case for entering the exact word "NA" as a meaningful remark seems implausible and misaligned with the application's design. We believe the current implementation adequately meets user needs while avoiding ambiguity.
