Extra sentence of "adding new tags will replace the existing tags" in UG under addstu command #3

The statement "adding new tags will replace the existing tags" should not appear under the add command section since there is no way to add an student of the exact same NUSSET ID with an existing student in the app. As such we cannot add new tags to the contact using add command. This sentence should thus be removed from the UG.
