Eureka主题使用的字体来自Google API，这个服务在中国访问不稳定，所以会出现网站的Noto Serif字体无法显示而用系统内置字体的情况。

最好可以提供使用本地字体的选项（比如用woff文件），或者换其他在中国访问稳定的服务
