Marching ants animated border should be circular

I suppose this is a matter of taste but I find it jarring that the 
"marching-ants" 
border around the selected area is not circular.  By flipping the animated gif 
around for the bottom and left edges, the result is a nice circular animation 
around the selection.

I'm attaching a patch that includes the modified and renamed gif file, for your 
consideration.
