crop area has a white background #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. during tracking the selection of crop area

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The crop area has a white background instead of
transparent. The Jcrop.gif image is top left as shown in the sample.
I used the css provided in version 0.9.8

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I used 0.9.8 version. The issue occurs in IE8 with XP.
