NO COCO_BBOX_FILE? #8

Don’t need Tiger’s COCO_BBOX_FILE？

I also have the same problem. I don’t know what dataset he used and whether the sigma_parameter in cocoapi has been modified. But the cocoeval.py he provided is not modified.
