Shared Call Appearance not supported #100

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configure account information
2. sip client doesn't register
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the sip client should register, just as it does when i use a regular account.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am trying to get my siphon to register with my voip provider as a shared
call appearance.  I am able to register as the master account, but not as a
SCA.  I get a 501 error then something that says "maximum number of st..."

I don't think the problem is Siphon because message 501 is :
" 501 Not implemented
This response indicates that the server or gateway does not support the 
functions
required to complete the request."

So I think the problem comes from Server, isn't it ?
