SIP Proxy-Require #109

Could you please implement the Proxy-Require field into Siphon.

Unfortunately our platform (Nortel MCS5200) requires the field in order to 
have NAT translation working across the media gateways.

I seem to recall it is only a few lines as I added it to my own version of 
Siphon v1 built from SVN some time ago.
