Cannot install from Installer #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I open the touchmods folder and it says when I tap siphon "Unable to 
decode package more info at code.google.com/p/siphon 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see the error message

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using iphone jailbroken ver 2.2 (NOT 3G)

Please provide any additional information below.

Siphon 1.X.Y for iphone and ipodtouch 1 doesn't work on iphone os 2.X.
