Tree view of layout #155

It would be very helpful if there was a Tree view for all the layouts and 
widgets. I would like to be able to see visually what widgets are stacked on a 
layout. I attached of picture of what I am thinking.

I didn't see where I could set the type to Enhancement.

I agree with this.  It is similar to issue 91.  with a Tree View of the 
elements, it becomes easier to navigate and select.
