Deeper Nesting for Layouts #32

When attempting to create a layout with a LinearLayout root, and a
LinearLayout containing RelativeLayouts, I can not add views to the
RelativeLayouts using DroidDraw.

This should now be fixed in the latest version of the applet/SVN.  It will be
released in a later version of the standalone applications.
