make your opinion on quality of using all options of ypur application, please

I don't have any opinion on this software. (And there is no source available as 
far as I can see, so even if I wanted to form an opinion, I couldn't.)

I don't want to create impression that any of these programs are somehow 
endorsed by the author, so I removed the Win32GUI wiki page completely.

Closing the issue as "Invalid", because, well, "another Win32 GUI available" is 
not a bug. :-)

Without gui your creation hard to use
Djvu-Spec GUI shows cmdline opts maked in window "About"
I see how many chars needed to provide a good set of options
so gui and it profiles a good solution.
Its my IMHO
