What steps will reproduce the problem?

its unclear from man how to produce template
include 3 or 4 different examples of templating
with right and wrong templates

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

its unclear what to expect - link to Python do not answer how to make template

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
