Regarding --no-nfkc: it's off by default. That is, text will undergo the NFKC 
normalization. I don't know what do you mean by "convert text to garbage".

if upper index setted by symbol it will be converted to usual symbol - what 
problem solve that option and how to use it?

Regarding --filter-text: if you don't know what it does, you most likely don't 
need it.
