Environment Map missing #1

The envmap for scene/XML/doubleSlabTTOurs.xml is missing. It would be kind of you to release it. :)

I'm also trying to get this project running. I wonder if you remember how you can get the dependencies configured? I couldn't find the correct resources for dependencies anywhere.

You can refer to Mitsuba Renderer 0.5 document. I prepared a clean ubuntu 16.0 LTS, and "apt-get" all dependencies listed on the document, and it successfully built.
