toggle author visibility with 'z' #48

Bit of a one-off in terms of the vast amount of customization that is possible here, but since it's simple enough and potentially useful thought I'd share :).

Yeah, maybe that's a decent workaround for the problem of a long list of tags.

I've pushed a change to automatically reduce the width of the author names on narrower terminals. That will probably conflict with your change a bit.

I like your change! And what good timing :).

Rebased to resolve the minor conflicts, I still found myself wanting this toggle :).

I only know enough Mercury to hack on this project a bit, feedback welcome!

Merged, thanks! I made some minor style changes just because, but the code was fine.
