Add support for reading result from sgRNA-designer directly #1

Several users ask me to help on identifying the detail of off-target events for the sgRNA designed by sgRNA Designer (http://portals.broadinstitute.org/gpp/public/analysis-tools/sgrna-design-v1). I will add a new feature for handling the output of sgRNA-designer directly.

Now we can use option -g to specifiy the sgRNA-designer result directly.

This version also works with the result generated from http://portals.broadinstitute.org/gpp/public/analysis-tools/sgrna-design
