Artifact in this PR is 2.5x in size compared to current HEAD. Can you check if GHA is not compressing the artifact, and if it allows enabling compression?

Artifact in this PR is 2.5x in size compared to current HEAD. Can you check if GHA is not compressing the artifact, and if it allows enabling compression?

The displayed size of the artifact is the size uncompressed, while if you download the artifact, it will be compressed automatically through a real-time compressed stream.
