Review DB4O PersistenceStrategyBuilder API #18

I think we could make the DB4O builder API more user friendly if someone
who knows DB4O better than I do has a look. The internal choice between
remote / local and the like should be the first choice in the builder API
so that it will be harder to make mistakes. Currently the user needs to
know too much about DB4O to be able to configure it.
