Db4o multiple versions support #7

We need to do some exception wrapping to make the db4o integration work 
properly with versions 
7.1 (and others?)

IIRC, version 6.x throws a different exception type (checked I think) than 
version 7.0. I think we can ignore this 
and only support version 7+
