Japanese sample text has a tiny typo. #37

Japanese sample text (via translation of "Universal Declaration of Human 
Rights" Article 1) has a tiny typo (or mistranslation).

Lacking letter "と" is almost no problem as Japanese, although above 
translation examples has such text, so I added.

I noticed this typo by noto fonts preview page,
  http://www.google.com/get/noto/#/family/noto-sans-jpan
I think this preview images also needs to be fixed.

The proposed text is almost the same as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs text 
except the latter omits ま in the phrase 
生まれながらにして自由であり.

Should we just use the Ministry of Foreign Affairs version?

The proposed changes look good to me. The standard school grammar authography 
recommends that the conjugation suffixes of verbs be explicitly written after a 
verb stem (written in Kanji). So I recommend the use of OCCHR version, which 
has 生まれ.
