Install Directory #212

I think it would be a good idea if the app's folder name was changed from 
Terminal.app to something else so that it can be installed along with the old 
non-sdk version of MobileTerminal.

By the way, thanks for doing such a great job!

I am not sure if its worth bothering given that you can't even run the old 
version on the latest operating systems.  I would rather see time spent 
improving the new version so that you wouldn't ever want to run the old one.
