Patch for /trunk/achartengine/src/org/achartengine/GraphicalView.java -- Resolves issue 135 #136

Commented out the "isInScroll()" check.  This makes the graphs animate nice and 
smooth left to right and right to left.

Why don't you just call renderer.setInScroll(true)?
