PieChart values show on pieces #161

Please, make this possible - to show values on the pie pieces. For now I have 
to place (e.g. percent values) in addition to the pices' labels.

Look here: this contains various examples

but not exact. The exact is here: 
http://chartmaker.mathwarehouse.com/create-pie-chart/ (it is not necessary to 
have a 3d model view) but first example would be appreciated too.
