Patch, display/hide chart values automatically #183

I've done a hack on the library's source.

With the attached patch, chart values would be displayed/hidden automatically 
when you zoom in/out.
But it only works when there is one series.

I hope those who are more familiar with achartengine can improve my patch, 
especially for multiple series support.
