Continuous Zoom - out causes weird behaviour #236

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Construct a simple Line with multiple series.
2. Enable to Grid for Y axis.
3. Skip step 1 and 2 if you have Achart demo - average temperature Line chart.
3. Continuously zoom vertically for some times.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Result:
The Y axis units and grid lines shouldn't be seen below X axis boundary.

Actual result:
The Y axis units and grid lines are seen below X axis boundary.

I cannot replicate this.
