Horizontally align legend in PieChart (maybe other charts as well?) #243

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a pie chart graphical view
2. Add view to root container
3. View in portrait mode, or landscape mode
4. Try to edit code to horizontally align legend

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can't find an API call to horizontally align legend which leads to the legend 
being way off to the left, especially in landscape mode. This can look very 
strange.

What version of the product binary library are you using?
1.0

This really isn't a defect as much as a feature request.
