Annotations feature extension #280

Now that we have annotations it would be great to customize them by setting the 
font type, font size and a label offset. The latest could be useful in case you 
need to anchor the annotation to the closest data point value but you don't 
want it to show on the series values.

What version of the product binary library are you using?
1.1.0 revision 508

The new APIs:
renderer.setAnnotationsColor(Color.GREEN);
renderer.setAnnotationsTextSize(15);
renderer.setAnnotationsTextAlign(Align.CENTER);

It would be great a better positioning parametrization.
Like vertical alignment and offset in pixels.

At now I'm setting an offset in Annotation position, but it is in series unit 
measure. When the user zoom in or zoom out, the annotation moves respect the 
series.
