Zoom versus setPanLimits #51

When setting a panLimit, then trying to zoom further out, makes the graf act in 
a strange way, "jumping" around, not knowing where to position it self when 
trying to pan.
Is there any way to either fix this, or to limit the zoom function to not be 
able zoom further out than the pan limits already set?

It includes a fix for that.

In the future, let's please use the Google group for such discussions, such as 
other developers benefit out of it.
