What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have to use the Bar chart
2. How to have different colors within the same dataset bars
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Different series should be used for this.

Is there an example. When I have different series I am not able to add text 
label to each series. I am looking for something like the attached image.
