Control number of pending reports (make MAX_SEND_REPORTS configurable) #130

Feature request: Make MAX_SEND_REPORTS configurable rather than hard-coded to 5.

I only every store the last error report sent to my server for each device 
anyway, so it is inefficient for the client to automatically upload up-to 5 
reports over the top of each other.

Also I have my logcat turned up high for maximum diagnostics, so the reports 
are large and the risk of an ANR during upload is higher.
