Windows support? #2

Hello,

it would be really nice to have a Windows binary for this. My OpenVPN server is running on Linux, the client runs Windows 7. In between there is a traffic shaper which shapes all TCP traffic to 2 Megabits/s. UDP is unshaped at all, expect VPN traffic (which is being detected by the shaper). It's also 2 Megabits/s for VPN.

I understand a windows binary will be helpful, but sorry I currently have no plan for this. This program uses epoll, thus its Linux only.

You can run this program on your router/raspberry pi or inside a virtual machine. I suggest you to have a try on this 13mb virtual machine.
