3 tests failing with scons generator #176

These tests fail with the scons generator:

    test/configurations/invalid/gyptest-configurations.py
    test/include_dirs/gyptest-all.py
    test/include_dirs/gyptest-default.py

We should fix them, but since the scons generator is deprecated, they will be 
disabled with a warning.
